By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this program, the participant (“Learner”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Description
The Divine Within Channeling Workshop – Connect to Your Loved Ones in Heaven is a self-paced, pre-recorded online educational and spiritual development program designed to provide teachings, guided meditations, exercises, assessments, and techniques relating to spiritual growth, intuition, channeling, and connection with Loved Ones in Heaven. The program is intended for educational, personal development, and spiritual exploration purposes only.
2. Enrollment and Access
Enrollment is completed upon receipt of full payment of the applicable course fee. Access to the program is granted for a period of four (4) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing by The Divine Within (“TDW”).
Course access is personal to the enrolled Learner and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, resold, gifted, or made available to any other individual.
Upon expiry of the access period:
- Access to all course materials shall automatically terminate.
- Expired access cannot be extended, renewed, reactivated, or reinstated.
- Incomplete lessons, assessments, exercises, or coursework shall not be carried forward.
- Learners wishing to continue their learning after expiry must purchase the program again at the prevailing fee.
No exceptions shall be made unless approved in writing by TDW.
3. Self-Paced Learning Responsibility
This is a self-study program.
The Learner acknowledges that spiritual development, intuitive growth, understanding of the material, and application of the teachings depend upon the Learner’s own effort, commitment, practice, discernment, and participation.
TDW and Shilpi Kambo provide educational content and learning tools only and make no guarantee regarding any outcome or level of achievement.
4. Certificate of Completion
Learners who successfully complete the program requirements may receive a Certificate of Completion from The Divine Within.
Certification shall be issued on the basis that the Learner has:
- Completed all required modules.
- Viewed all course videos in their entirety.
- Completed all required assessments, exercises, and activities.
- Successfully achieved the minimum passing criteria established by TDW.
The Certificate of Completion:
- Confirms only that the Learner has completed the program requirements.
- Is not a professional license.
- Is not a government-recognized qualification.
- Does not certify psychic, mediumship, healing, channeling, or intuitive abilities.
- Does not guarantee competency or professional capability.
- Does not constitute endorsement by TDW or Shilpi Kambo.
5. No Guarantee of Results

11. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All videos, recordings, meditations, manuals, assessments, worksheets, exercises, presentations, graphics, audio recordings, written materials, and related content are the exclusive intellectual property of The Divine Within.
Learners may not:
- Copy or reproduce any content
- Share login credentials
- Download and distribute course materials
- Record videos, audio, or presentations
- Upload content to social media, websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms
- Create derivative courses or training programs based on TDW materials
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit any portion of the course
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without any refund and may lead to legal action.
12. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
Learners may not upload, reproduce, convert, transcribe, summarize, process, train, fine-tune, or use any course content within artificial intelligence systems, machine learning tools, or automated content generation platforms without prior written consent from TDW.
13. Learner Conduct and Ethical Practice
Learners agree to use the teachings responsibly, ethically, and with discernment.
Learners shall not:
- Make medical, legal, financial, or mental health claims based on course teachings
- Claim guaranteed communication with Spirit
- Misrepresent themselves as endorsed by TDW
- Misuse course materials for deceptive, harmful, or unethical purposes
TDW reserves the right to revoke certification and/or terminate access for misconduct, copyright infringement, unethical behaviour, or misrepresentation.
14. Post-Workshop Email Support
The program includes reasonable post-workshop email support relating to course content and learning clarification.
Support does not include:
- Personal readings
- Mediumship sessions

- Ongoing coaching or mentoring unless separately purchased

15. Technology Requirements

16. No Refund Policy

TDW shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, internet outages, governmental actions, platform failures, war, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from participation in the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panchkula, Haryana India.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Learner and The Divine Within regarding participation in the program and supersede all prior communications, representations, understandings, or agreements relating thereto.
